Aer Lingus joins Ryanair in case taken by DAA over passenger number price caps

Aer Lingus has been joined as a notice party to a High Court case taken by the DAA against its regulator over price caps.

The airline became the second company to seek to be joined to the case after Ryanair, which indicated it wanted to be involved earlier this month.
