A Hong Kong based group is frustrated with the sandwich maker’s lack of dividend

Activist investor Oasis Management has taken a stake in Greencore, the Dublin-headquartered convenience food manufacturer, raising the prospect of a shake-up.

The Hong Kong-based investor has bought just under 5 per cent of the stock, putting it within the company’s top shareholders, but below the threshold where it need to disclose its holdings, according to the Financial Times.
