Accenture should offer voluntary redundancy to staff in its plans to slash 890 Irish jobs, a minister has said.

The multinational consultancy announced the major workforce reduction on Monday as part of ongoing streamlining of its global operations, which could see a 14 per cent reduction in its Irish headcount.
