Grá Chocolates, a luxury chocolate company based in Galway, is targeting success in the US after receiving its approval in the US this summer.

The company was founded during the Covid-19 pandemic and last year had €1 million in turnover.

“We actually haven’t gotten any investors just yet. Potentially, [we will] in the future because we’re just trying to increase revenue before we let anybody else in. We have been backed by the banks so far and that’s been great. Last year we turned over €1 million and we’re hoping to continue increasing that year-on-year,” Gráinne Mullins, the company owner, told the Business Post.
