Eugene Murtagh, the Kingspan founder, is currently facing opposition to his plans for a three-storey extension onto the building behind his Heritage House office space at 23 St Stephen’s Green in Dublin.
This was never going to be a straightforward project to get approval for, especially considering it’s a protected Georgian structure, so it is unsurprising that the billionaire’s plans have met with resistance.
