Ski Book: Explore virgin territories
Catherine Murphy brings you the best of what’s new on the slopes and in the resorts this winter
Some €15 million of investment and two high-speed chairlifts will open up a whole new ski area at Mont Valaisan in La Rosière, France, this winter.
Five new red pistes will open along with large areas of off-piste terrain which were previously only accessible to skiers willing to hike up the mountain.
La Rosière is a Famille Plus resort which means it caters exceptionally well for families.
