As we face into the fourth quarter of the calendar year and an impending government budget, Irish businesses appear refreshingly confident in the economy and the trend toward recovery, despite valid political concerns caused by an unstable Dáil and external uncertainty fuelled by Brexit.
Yet despite this mood of measured optimism, talent mismatch remains a significant issue and one that looks set to become more acute in 2017.
