The basement of 15 Usher’s Island, the setting for one of James Joyce’s most revered works, will have a 1,000 square foot interpretive centre dedicated to him, developers have said.

This detail is not in the public notice for the planning application for a tourist hostel recently submitted, but was omitted by mistake, one of the consultants advising on the project said.
