Norwegian halts services from Ireland to North America
The routes have been affected by the grounding of Boeing’s 737 Max aircraft and the continued uncertainty about when the planes will return to service
Budget airline Norwegian is to end its transatlantic services between Ireland and North America from September 15, saying the routes are no longer commercially viable.
The airline currently operates six routes from Dublin, Cork and Shannon to the US and Canada.
