Making sense of the pensions cap

The whole concept of the €2 million ‘pensions cap’ is very much misunderstood and often actually frightens pension savers into believing that, should the value of their pension arrangements grow beyond the ‘cap’, then they’ve somehow broken the rules and could be prosecuted.
