There’s no substitute for quality, and Ireland have had it in spades at their base of St George’s Park, Staffordshire, in the FA’s National Football Centre. At this incredible 330-acre facility, the team have been able to train well away from distractions in preparation for today’s game against Romania. They have had ample time to reflect on their display against Canada, review certain facets of their game, and analyse the Romanians.
