First Person: Alex Chasko, Masterbrewer

Earlier this month, the Teeling Whiskey Distillery became the first new distillery to open in Dublin in over 125 years. Master brewer Alex Chasko is at the helm of the new stills. He began his brewing career at Bridge Port Brewery, the oldest craft brewery in Oregon in the US. He completed an MSc at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, where he worked for Diageo on malt whiskey flavour research.
