A price of more than €12 million is expected to be achieved when CBRE Gunne sells an office investment opportunity in the South County Business Park in Sandyford in south Dublin.

The three-storey over basement office building measures 2,472 square metres and has 48 car spaces. It was developed in 2001 and is close to the entrance of the park near Leopardstown Hospital.
