Relaunch for Letterkenny Shopping Centre

The Letterkenny Shopping Centre on the Port Road in Letterkenny, Co Donegal, has been relaunched, following the completion of a major expansion programme.

The new extension has more than doubled the size of the Harcourt Developments -owned centre to 11,700 square metres.

It now includes a new Tesco and Penneys, as well as outlets of Benetton, Jack & Jones, Paco, Exhibit and Sasha. The centre is generating rents of about €700 per square ...
