New phase of Palmerstown scheme launched

Savills Hamilton Osborne King is handling the sale of 14 houses and 10 apartments in the latest release of homes at St Edmunds, a mixed residential scheme in Palmerstown, west Dublin.

Built by developer Glenkerrin Homes, the scheme is being designed by McCrossan O’Rourke Manning and is set on the 23-acre grounds of the former St Lomans Hospital.

The first phase of 106 units at St Edmunds were sold last autumn.
