Murphy family still waiting for answers

In December 1992, Nicholas Murphy admitted himself to a psychiatric hospital in Dublin.

Murphy, who was 38 at the time, had a history of paranoid schizophrenia.

Four days later, he was dead, minutes after receiving an injection and while under sectional arrest by gardai, meaning he was about to be transferred by them to another psychiatric hospital.
