Dungannon's McAvoy Group is leasing new modular offices in Dublin to Amgen in a three-year deal valued at close to €1.5 million.

The pharmaceutical group has hired the 2,000-square metre, two-storey refurbished premises in Dun Laoighaire to use as office space and meeting rooms for 250 staff.
