Malahide apartments go on show
The latest phase of 40 one, two and three-bedroom apartments have been released for sale at Northern Cross on the Malahide Road in Dublin and should interest first-time buyers and owner occupiers.
Prices start from €290,000.
This €450 million PJ Walls scheme incorporates a newly constructed road on the Malahide Road, the four-star Hilton Dublin Airport Hotel, a mix of retail outlets, more than 600 apartments, office buildings and a purpose-built creche. The units currently for sale are situated in Burnell Court, a scheme which will include about 200 apartments when it is completed.
