Latest phase of Santry scheme hits the market

Hooke & MacDonald has launched a new phase of 50 one and two-bedroom apartments and duplex units at Milner’s Square, a €120 million residential development by Hanly Homes on Shanowen Road in Santry, Dublin 9.

Building work began last year and the current units are for sale from the show apartment and marketing suite on site. There will be about 300 one, two and three-bedroom units in the development on completion in 2007.
