JFC acquires UK range

Tuam-based company JFC Manufacturing has acquired a new range of plastic decking and fencing products from British company Knotwood for an estimated €1.5 million.

Under the terms of the deal with the Merseyside company, JFC has acquired its range of fencing, decking, outdoor street furniture, traffic bollards and road hazard markings, all of which are manufactured using a mixture of recycled plastic and waste wood.

Company founder and managing director, John Concannon, said his company would shortly relaunch the range under the JFC Delta Decking and Fencing brand.
