Irish firm pioneers low-cost telecoms franchise

A group of Irish entrepreneurs claims to have established the world’s first low-cost telecoms franchise business, which will be available in more than 30 countries.

Cubic Telecom is offering a wholesale international service to franchisees for €7,500. This will enable the customer to sell international minutes for as little as 1 cent per unit.
