Government bid to find IRA arms list
The much-feared split within the Provisional IRA may yet happen if decommissioning is pursued, according to a statement from disaffected members, writes Crime Correspondent Barry O'Kelly.
The government has approached associates of the IRA's former quartermaster general, seeking an inventory of its arms.
