First phase of Adamstown scheme released
Douglas Newman Good is handling the sale of the first 100 apartments, duplexes and houses released for sale at The Paddocks, a new development at the northern edge of Adamstown close to Lucan and the N4.
Situated on a former stud farm, The Paddocks comprises two and three-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom duplex units and two, three and four-bedroom houses in a variety of styles. The units currently for sale are scheduled for completion from late spring next year. The first phase of the development will comprise 252 units in total while the entire development will eventually incorporate 700 units focused around a local park.
