Dublin 4 clinic plan sent to Bord Pleanála

Developer Gerry Conlan's application to build a medical centre in Dublin 4 has been referred to An Bord Pleanála after objections to the plans.

Conlan's Quinby Properties has requested a change of use for the five-storey building on Haddington Road to turn it into a primary care unit with associated offices. But two local residents have filed objections to the plans.
