Sales rep Ciara O’Connell, 33, sued Breanagh Catering after breaking her left arm in August 2006 at Copperface Jack’s nightclub on Harcourt Street.

O’Connell had been drinking with office colleagues for two hours before arriving at the nightclub, though there was no suggestion that she was “drunk or incapable”.
