Andrew Duggan is an artist very much of his time. His strength lies in his talent for completing the circle by breathing life into history using contemporary media.

The downside of film installations is that you can't take them home and hang them on the wall, but they can impact on whole communities including many who have never seen the inside of an art gallery, which is just how Duggan likes it.
