A CAB is needed for financial criminals

The investigation by the Director of Corporate Enforcement into Anglo Irish Bank is, we are told, nearing completion. Not before time, would be most people's reaction. More than four years after the extraordinary events at Anglo started to spill into the public domain, there have still been no prosecutions.
