Emma Appleton has had what can only be described as a meteoric rise to success over the past seven years. Starring in the hit Netflix show The Witcher and then playing Nancy Spungen in Pistol, Danny Boyle’s Sex Pistols biopic for Hulu, a performance which Variety rightly described as “bravely, even rigorously, willing to be annoying”, followed by her recent breakout lead role as Maggie in the BBC adaptation of Dolly Alderton’s Everything I Know ...
