Mango’s latest luxury collaboration is the holiday edit you need – with pieces starting from €30

The Spanish retailer has partnered with LA-based label Simon Miller for a summer capsule collection

The 73-piece collection blends Mango’s summer aesthetic with Simon Miller’s vibrant, festive designs and a pared-back ‘70s feel

The Spanish retailer Mango is pretty good at nailing a summer aesthetic. A cursory glance at its homepage will put you in holiday mode, but its latest collaboration with Cali-cool label Simon Miller will make you book your flights.

The 73-piece collection blends the two brands’ ethos, with Simon Miller’s identity being one associated with vibrant, festive designs and a pared-back ‘70s feel. The summer capsule collection is inspired by the care-free spirit and deep blue hues of the Mediterranean sea.

You can expect matching crochet sets that will pair nicely with the chunky platform sandals or floppy raffia hat; there’s a striped linen two-piece which is a good match for the modern geometric beach bag and maxi-frame sunglasses; or keep it low-key with a simple graphic T-shirt and white oversized cotton shirt.

The collection starts at €30 for a beach sarong or bikini separates and runs to €570 for the geometric striped platform sandals (they are pretty iconic, though eye-wateringly priced), so we aimed for somewhere in the middle: shop Irish Tatler’s picks under €200.
