‘Too early to tell’ whether it’s safe to reopen schools

More evidence is critical to assess the potential risks of students and teachers returning to school, top public health experts at John Hopkins University in the US have said.

After an extensive review of existing studies and practices in different jurisdictions, the team at the world-renowned Bloomberg School of Public Health said that decisions on this were “extremely difficult” because of the ongoing “uncertainties relating to risk”.
