State Claims Agency has received two claims for damage allegedly caused by HPV vaccine

The State Claims Agency has received two claims from parents of children seeking financial compensation for damage allegedly caused by the Gardasil HPV vaccine.

The Department of Health said letters were “received by the Personal Injuries Assessment Board and passed on to the State Claims Agency”.
