No ‘winter-ready clinics’ opened despite minister’s promise

The HSE, in response to questions from this newspaper, was unable to identify a single clinic that has been established since Minister for Health Simon Harris announced they would form an integral part of the HSE’s winter plan

The country’s two GP groups have labelled the government’s promise to create ‘winter-ready clinics’ as “complete fiction” and “a throwaway remark to shut people up”.
