Laya has strongly criticised the HSE boss’s claim that he would rather see psychics than visit the health insurer’s video consultation service.

GPlive is a video consultation service available exclusively to Laya’s 500,000 customers.

Through the use of the CareOnCall smartphone app, Laya promises that its “Irish-registered GPs can safely diagnose and treat many general health conditions”.
