The founder of PepTalk and entrepreneur in residence at Dogpatch Labs says being an athlete was a good psychological preparation for being in business

Michelle Fogarty is entrepreneur-in-residence at Dogpatch Labs in Dublin and co-founder of PepTalk, an employee software company. Prior to this, she was head of human resources for a number of well-known companies scaling in Ireland, including Twitter and Blizzard Entertainment. As if this weren’t enough, Fogarty is also a former international athlete, representing Ireland in Taekwondo.
