Businesses have been digital for decades now. In fits and starts, individual enterprises started to use computers to manage administrative processes, then they developed online presences, and eventually exploded into the brave new worlds of e-commerce and social media.

Today, almost everyone, from the largest airline or bank down to even convenience stores, conducts some amount of their business online. So what comes next?
