Post-pandemic Galway has a diverse, distinctive and well-connected economy creating jobs and opportunities, but government attention and funding is needed to ensure it thrives, Kenneth Deery, chief executive, Galway Chamber, said.

“Post-pandemic, manufacturing and industry has performed well, especially in the medtech and tech spaces. Employee headcount is increasing, and companies have buoyant growth ambitions.”
