US equity giant to float Irish property fund this autumn

Oaktree Capital is aiming to float a large Irish property fund this autumn, The Sunday Business Post has learned.

The American private equity giant is working with Irish developer Bridgedale, which is led by Stephen Garvey, with Credit Suisse and Davy understood to have been retained as advisers.
