Timbercreek to top up Irish property fund by as much as €200 million

Multibillion euro Canadian private equity firm Timbercreek is planning to top up its Irish property fund by as much as €200 million, The Sunday Business Post can reveal.

The Irish subsidiary of the $6 billion fund began writing loans for investment in Irish property last year, with an initial appetite of €200 million.
