The Revenue Commissioners have thrown down the gauntlet to so called ‘Flash Boy’ trading firms operating in Dublin’s IFSC in a major dispute over corporation tax payments.

Revenue lodged a High Court action against flash trading operator Susquehanna International Group and two related entities in connection with a dispute over corporation tax due.
