Asia is where the global growth prospects may be most exciting over the coming decades. But for private investors, the path to capitalising on that potential merits careful reflection

In recent days, the World Bank joined many leading financial institutions to warn of the possibility of a slowdown in global growth, despite the fact that currently – and in the near term – growth and corporate earnings are likely to continue to advance. Against the background of the long bull run, financial markets have not yet quite factored in slowdown risk.
