Losses rise at rugby app firm backed by O’Driscoll and Nolan

Losses at Ultimate Rugby, the sports app company backed by Brian O’Driscoll and Ray Nolan, rose from €995,233 to €1.6 million in 2017.

The company made a loss for the year of €642,731, up from the previous year’s loss of €437,936. Accounts for the company show that it owed its creditors €1.6 million at the end of 2017, most of that sum due to Nolan himself.
