Michael McKenna is managing director of Standard Life Ireland. The life insurer was founded in Scotland in 1825 and opened its first office in Ireland in 1834. Standard Life has two businesses in Ireland. One sells savings, investment, pension and retirement products to the Irish market. The second, Standard Life International, sells savings and investment products to the British market through independent financial advisers, private banks and wealth managers.
