Green Reit changes focus and moves from retail to warehouse investments

Green Reit, the publicly quoted property giant, has said that it expects the logistics sector in Ireland to expand significantly in the coming years as the company pivots towards warehouse ownership.

Green posted strong results last week, with an after-tax profit of €144.2 million, while earnings per share grew 10 per cent to 20.8 cent.

The company now has €1.4 billion in assets with a development pipeline of around €600 million.
