Flynn helms €24m Cumberland Place project

Flynn, the Irish-owned contractor and fit-out specialist, is working on a €24 million construction project of 2 Cumberland Place in Dublin 2 for Hibernia Reit. The new 75,000 square feet building is adjacent to the home of Twitter in Dublin. Flynn is building a new six-storey over double basement, high-quality building for Hibernia.
