Too many organisations address high staff turnover rates only when it’s too late
Staff retention will be the main HR priority for Irish organisations in 2018. This was among the main findings of the Adare Human Resource Management HR barometer, which surveyed more than 250 organisations representing 50,000 employees from across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
