Lorraine Mulligan: ‘Selling a home is not just about showing a house’

Kildare-based estate agent Lorraine Mulligan went into business for the first time in 2002 with the opening of the Celbridge branch of US-owned property franchise Remax.

A marketing graduate, Wexford-born Mulligan had acquired a taste for the property game in her early twenties, when she sold her own home for twice its original price 18 months after buying it.
