Owner of 400 apartments, Lugus Capital, targets ‘young professionals’ following renovation
Lugus Capital, the company seeking to end the tenancies of 23 households at a Cork apartment building, boasts a portfolio of 400 apartments and to date has acquired 700 development plots.
On its website, the company reveals its strategy of acquiring homes to refurbish and ‘re-let’ to young professionals.
“On acquiring buildings, we completely refurbish them to a high standard, before re-letting with a focus on attracting young professional tenants,” its website states.
