Beef baron Larry Goodman has discharged the receiver appointed to sell the shares of his rival stakeholder in the exclusive Blackrock Clinic, US developer John Flynn.

Last month, Flynn’s 8 per cent holding in the lucrative private hospital was advertised for sale, with Goodman in pole position to acquire the shares.
