A provisional liquidator has been appointed over a company which took in millions from Chinese golden visa investors to purchase and renovate a former nursing home in County Wicklow.
The High Court heard that while Clonmannon House Retirement Village Limited was described as a business venture engaged in the nursing home industry, it does not currently run a nursing home or provide similar care.
