Irish kids’ spending decreases 20 per cent in a year – Revolut

Spending by Irish children on Revolut fell by 20 per cent over the last year, according to the digital bank.

Revolut said that under 18s spent €125 on average in March this year, compared to €150 in the same month last year.

The number of Irish children and their guardians using Revolut <18, the fintech giant’s app for users aged 6-17, increased by just under 35 per cent in the last year. The total number of users worldwide has surpassed 2 million.
